Graduated from the French Law School in at Jagiellonian University held in cooperation with Universite d`Orleans, as well as the International Tax School I, Sitges, Spain. Worked inter alia for Ernst & Young (2005 – 2010).
Specializing in tax law, commercial law, labor law and personal data protection. Leads especially projects related to restructuring businesses and drafting commercial contracts. Partner at Taxpoint Legal Dyrek-Orlando i Wspólnicy sp. k. since 2015.

Graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at the Jagiellonian University. Ministry of Finance Licensed tax advisor; has rendered tax advisory services since 1997. Between 1997 and 2007 worked for Andersen and Ernst & Young. She has participated in professional tax trainings in various parts of Europe, covering international tax issues and tax and penal fiscal risk management. Author of many publications on legal and tax issues in dedicated periodicals. Co-author of the first Polish commentary on agreements to avoid double taxation (‘OECD Model Convention – Commentary’ edited by Prof. B. Brzezinski).
Specialises in corporate income tax issues (including transfer pricing and tax reliefs available in Special Economic Zones) as well as in managing tax audits and application of fiscal penal law. Her assignments include numerous tax reviews and advise connected with the tax optimization of international transfers. She has extensive experience in preparing and submitting official letters to tax authorities on behalf of clients (in particular appeals, clarifications, statements and inquires) and in representing clients in dealings with tax authorities and in court. She acquired special experience while advising to the automotive, printing, retail, financial and real estate sectors.

Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics and a licensed tax advisor, has gained her professional experience in Ernst & Young in Cracow and Luxembourg (between 2003 and 2014). Joined Taxpoint in 2014, as from 2018 a tax partner and board member.
Specializes in the field of corporate income tax, with a special focus on tax aspects of international transactions (transfer pricing, withholding taxes, mandatory disclosure rules – MDR). Participated in large international projects, conducts tax workshops and seminars on MDR, transfer pricing and tax aspects of public aid in special economic zones.

Graduated in economics from the Academy of Economics in Cracow . During his studies, he participated in an international student program at the University of Passau in Germany. Ministry of Finance licensed tax advisor; has rendered tax advisory services since 2000. Participant of numerous specialist trainings in Poland and abroad in the area of tax regulations, application of tax law and accountancy regulations. Between 2000 and 2007 worked for Andersen and Ernst & Young.
Specialising in the area of value added tax (VAT) and personal income tax (PIT). Supervised projects in tax risk management (among others developing tax procedures in order to limit financial liabilities). During his career, participated in tax reviews, projects aiming at tax optimisation of business activities and transactions. He advised in matters related to tax residency and calculation of tax liabilities with reference to double tax treaties. Author of publications in professional tax press. Participated in tax seminars and trainings and gave lectures on various tax matters and tax law practice in business activity. He gained special experience while advising to the automotive industry.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law of Jagiellonian University; Ministry of Finance licensed tax advisor; has rendered tax advisory services since 2001. Author of tax publications in the professional literature and a gloss on the judgments of the Court of Justice of the EU, co-author of commentary on the VAT Directive and creator of commentary on the Second Invoice Directive. Quoted in a series of court decisions and administrative interpretations of the tax authorities. Participated in specialised tax training in Poland and abroad, mainly on harmonised EU VAT legislation. From 2001 to 2007, worked for Andersen and Ernst & Young.
Specialises in VAT and corporate income tax issues. Has successfully represented clients in tax and court-administrative litigation. Has also won a case for clients in the Court of Justice of the EU, which led to a change in the practice of Polish tax authorities. Conducts numerous training courses on the subject of VAT and related practical questions and problems in the operation of companies. His long-term experience in providing tax advisory services includes advising clients in the retail, automotive and information technology.
